網路和科技的發展讓我們的生活越來越多元化，卻也讓「霸凌」悄悄從網路進入我們的生活當中，而不再侷限於真實生活當中。根據統計，有37%的12-17歲年輕人曾經遭受網路霸凌，其中26%被霸凌的人曾經有自殺的想法，這些數字也凸顯了孩童情緒健康的重要性。
然而，很多學校其實是沒有諮詢師的，因此讓孩童情緒問題的發現、了解、解決的過程更加的困難。

今天我們精選了每個月的國際新聞頭條，帶大家回顧今年發生的國際大事，同時也要學實用的英文單字，看別人怎麼用這些字讓新聞標題精確又生動。

數位內容經濟是一種因為網路技術而興起的新經濟型態，除了影片、文章、照片、服務之外，大家正在聽的 podcast 也算是數位內容經濟的一部分，而創造數位內容的人就被稱為創作者。
廣告是創作者的收入來源之一，但是以 YouTube 來說，想要開啟置入廣告這項功能有一定的門檻，在達到這個門檻之前，創作者都需要經過一段比較辛苦的時期。
雖然起步的比較慢，但是 Podcast 現在也慢慢的開始放進廣告、訂閱等的功能，也讓 Podcaster 們有了除了業配之外的收入來源。
「創作」這個產業的進入門檻低，但是要能持續產出吸引大家的內容依舊困難，所要付出的成本可能比大家想像的要多得多。今天就讓 Asianometry 頻道的 YouTuber Jon來告訴我們他成為 YouTuber 的心路歷程、他做一集節目要花多久時間、還有他的頻道如何創造營收。

說到蘋果這個品牌，大家先聯想到的可能是它的 logo 和手機、平板、筆電等產品，但其實一個品牌所包含的遠遠不止這些，品牌包含了定義、價值、識別、要傳遞的訊息、使用者經驗，甚至是對客戶的承諾等等，所以大家才會說「品牌是一間公司最有價值的資產」。
一個品牌隨著時間的推移也必須要進化來符合市場的趨勢，這個時候品牌再造 rebranding 就很重要了，如何準確傳達新的市場定位讓客戶買單是既有品牌的一個大考驗。

在台灣飛航管制員是公務員，因為需要高度的專注力和語言能力，所以除了基本的科目之外還要通過英文和心理測試才有資格擔任這個職位。

在這個講求效率的時代裡，什麼都要「快」。餐廳追求出餐速度和翻桌率，電商追求出貨速度和周轉率，製造業當然也不例外要追求生產速度和良率來實現資本支出所產生收益的最大化。從十幾年前就開始出現的機器人將取代人力的說法雖然還沒真正實現，但特定類型的工廠已經很大程度的自動化，「關燈工廠」、「黑暗工廠」正是趨勢。

美國過去一年多實施的經濟政策以及解封之後的經濟復甦，不意外的推升了美國的通貨膨脹率。美國聯準會主席 Powell 在八月的演說也提到今年可能開始縮減購債，同時表示這波通膨只是暫時，且目前不會升息。
通貨膨脹指的是一種貨幣的購買力在一段時間內下降的現象，一般人能夠感受到的結果就是東西變貴了。為了避免通膨失控造成物價飛漲，政府通常會嚴密的監控通膨率。
今天的來賓 Greg 目前是全職投資人以及金融部落客，他要來告訴我們通膨的成因有哪些、疫情是如何造成通膨，還有政府會利用哪些方法來控制通膨率。
