冷鏈技術已經存在了超過一個世紀之久，如今已經是我們生活不可或缺的一環。
食物保鮮、藥品的藥效等等都依賴著冷鏈技術。
縱使已經發展了 100 年，冷鏈仍然存在著幾個問題：耗能、成本高、難以規模化。但這些問題卻一直到最近攸關全人類健康的 COVID 疫苗問世後才浮上檯面被廣泛討論。
今天我們邀請到日本冷鏈技術公司 IceBattery 的首席商務官 Vivek 用許多幽默風趣又貼近生活的例子告訴我們目前冷鏈技術有哪些應用、問題，還有 IceBattery 如何以環保、低成本的專利技術克服這些問題，以及它在疫苗運送所扮演的重要角色。
